We did purchase the expensive ones sold by the factory. Feel they were well worth the money -- but would have like to spend much less money at an awning shop. The beauty of the screens is that they not only keep out sun, but peeping eyes (except at night if you have interior lights on) and those inside can see out. They also act like window screens so we can keep front windows open for ventilation with very few if any bugs entering.
A word of caution: The magnets are tricky to apply. If you drop one when affixing it to the windshield and it falls in that crack between dash and window, it is lost and gone forever. Learned my lesson once and after that sealed that area off for balance of installation. Also, when/if the windshield needs to be replace, you need to rescue the magnets and get new adhesive pads from the factory to reinstall the magnets.
