Dale and Cindy,

I am so glad to read that you got it resolved......and with your own two hands which is always best.  You learn and the PC community learns right along with you :)

That Kermit is such a great guy.

Wish I knew about the secret button removal. I extended the foot rest and semi crawled under to spot the loose/kinky wire.  Was really happy no one saw my weird physical antics.   We had Robert solve the problem.  Thank you PC.

This is a little off your topic, but I wonder if you can share with me whether or not your sofa fabric is stapled to the wall under the slide window? I have a 2004 model 2550 (which is no longer made). Anyway, my question is I cannot put on convential sheets because of the staples holding the couch fabric solid to the wall. Thanks for your input!
