Question really is at what point do they price themselves out of business? I mean it’s a class B
Apple an oranges.. for instance..  a concord loaded same chassis ducted air, air bags $89 K

Somebody please tell me I’m wrong... did the on line pricing sheet, was interested in a 3100. Vinyl flooring ? Surely not..  what I could of bought from Earl this past March at FMC rally $127k is now $145k.. LS went from 10k to over 14k.

Here’s a long shot but one never knows...because there doesn’t seem to be any PC at factory long enough to get a good test drive, is there any owners in Ga. that mite like to show there’s off to a potential buyer ?

So new to forum, not. PC owner at this point, been watching forum, have talk an priced with Earl when at Perry, Ga this year.. we had a 43’ charleston prior to now.. so correct me if i’m Wrong, but wouldn’t it be better if first post one reads is the latest posted...  instead of oldest first ? Or do I not know how to work it yet..   so main worry now is will two AC keep me cool in hottest of weather? I’m gathering that this type of MH can’t be insulated like the big boys ? How many owners went with liquid springs? And some thoughts on it, an other nite I read post after post about lighting, is there still an issue with new ones ? So maybe someone can throw me on bone on issues
