General Discussion / Customer service for parts??

Is anyone else having trouble getting parts?  I started an upholstery upgrade project on our 2100 in February, and have been forwarded, delayed, ignored, and postponed until its now June!!  We wanted to travel this summer with the upgrades, but at this point who knows??

We have a (new to us) 2007 PC 2100, we got it with only 13500 miles!  It's in great shape, but the cabin upholstery isn't as soft/comfortable as the newer models.  We've been exploring ways to upgrade the dinette and sofa to the memory foam with the newer softer fabric.  Just wondering if anyone else has done anything similar and if you have any suggestions?  I've been talking to Kermit and have the contact info for the supplier from this forum.  Anybody gone through this with suggestions to make this an easier process?
