I shouldn't be freaked out as my current trailer is made in British Columbia. The factory/company also provides fantastic long distance customer service. Very glad to hear that Phoenix does the same.

Soooo .... What would someone who is completely inept , like yours truly, do to solve this problem?  I can't just run up to the factory for repairs if something breaks? How does the warranty deal with this?

Anyone with a 2100 going to be passing through Virginia? I'm still trying to decide between the 2350 and the 2100 ...   :-D

Bill, thank you for your kind offer! However, Carol will be only about 30 minutes from me so I'll take her up on her offer.

Carol, I sent you a PM. Thanks!

Work rears its ugly head. DARN!   >(

Anyway, I would like to see a 2100 (no slide) or 2350 (no slide). I live in northern Virginia. Is there anyone in the VA/MD region willing to show me their Phoenix?

General Discussion / Re: PC vs.Nexus

The timing of this thread is impeccable! I, too, am heading to Hershey next weekend. I am angsting between the Phoenix 2350 and the Nexus 23P. The 2350 would be my fist choice except for the lack of exterior storage for chairs, grilss, etc. The Nexus has all the storage I need plus 2 permanent beds and is about $15K less in cost after adding comparable options.

What to do??  Argh.

Thanks Ron! I do wish the current 2350's had the storage that your 2007 does! If I do decide on the 2350, I'll ask and see what happens.

I'm a bit concerned about the available outside storage for the 2350. I have an small Weber grill, a screen tent, and 2 camp chairs. Where does one stash these kinds of items?

Some very good ideas. Love the idea of a desk setup. Thanks!

Still would like to know if the couch in the 2100 (in the no slide version) is comfortable to sleep on. Anyone? :)

As much as I like the 2100, I think I need to stay with the 2350. I can always downsize later. My Mom still traveling with me frequently and having the extra bit of space is really enticing ... especially with Mom's stuff.

Hello, I am seriously looking at the Phoenix 2350. But, as I also believe the shorter the better  :-D , I am considering the 2100 as well. I will not be getting a slide and was wondering how comfortable the couch/bed is? Thanks!
