Be ready for spring traveling and camping with a gorgeous Phoenix Cruiser B+ motorhome! A brand that has a long reputation for quality and durability. It is
the Cadillac of RV motorhomes. This one owner, clear title, non-smoking beauty was custom ordered and delivered at the factory in Elkhart, IN. This is the
perfect couples camper for you. It's been trouble free for years. It's never been in the North in the wintertime, no rust.
The interior is finished in hickory for a light appearance. The solid wood cabinets have secure latches to keep everything in place. Has a 13.5K A/C with
heat-strip, along with a propane furnace. A 6 gallon hot-water tank heats with propane or 110 volt campground connection. All controls are installed in easy
to view location.
Interior surfaces invite your touch with fabric, solid wood, carpet, stainless steel, and Corian. The durable vinyl floor enhances the interior warmth
especially after extending the slide to increase the living space. A full size convection microwave with turntable will easily bake your pizza, or use the 1800
watt inverter during the drive to power a crockpot to enjoy dinner upon arrival. Has a flush mounted 2-burner SS cooktop. The Large Dinette goes down to
create a single bed and has two large drawers.
Two 24" LCD TV's. One faces the dinette for easy viewing. The second LG Smart TV in the bedroom connects to Wi-Fi or Mobile Hotspot or UHF antenna.
It has a DVD player and a sound bar. Bedroom has a Fantastic thermostatically controlled fan with rain hood which runs quietly to bring fresh air through
the screened windows. The twin beds have personal reading lights. The bathroom features a china toilet, new single handle faucet and soap dispenser, a large
hanging wardrobe, linen & toiletries storage, exhaust fan, and enclosed shower with plenty of headroom. A sliding door for privacy.
The bedroom has twin beds, a pantry, a shirt closet and large under-bed storage. There is plenty of inside storage space. There is a folding door to keep the
bedroom private from the kitchen-dinette area.
Exterior features include two Kyocera 150W Solar panels, Morningstar charge controller with Bogart Trimetric monitor so you always know state of battery
charge. Two Trojan 6v deep cycle batteries. A Progressive Industries built-in surge protector guards against over and under voltage situations. The Onan
4kw generator is gasoline powered for efficient, long run times and will power all your boondocking needs with ease.
Has a high pressure propane line on the passenger side with shutoff valve and long hose to supply a new Coleman grill stove that fits into the small side
compartment, no need to carry propane bottles. Has an Emergency Start switch on the dash to charge the chassis battery from Solar Panels or campground
power. The 17', 12v powered awning keeps the door with folding screen and electric steps out of the weather.
Sweaty kids (and adults!) are rinsed off easily with the outside hot/cold shower. The Sanicon waste system with electric waste valves has an attached,
easily stored small hose so time at the sanitary station is reduced. No more stowing a separate, big dripping stinky slinky. A 50' ¾" hose is supplied that can
be attached to dump gray tank away from campsite.
Driving this coach is a breeze thanks to the comfortable captain chairs, heated mirrors, and rear camera monitor on the dash. 6-way powered Driver's Seat
and a Passenger Seat that fully Swivels.
The powerful and universally serviced V-10 gas engine takes hill climbs in stride, and then eases down steep slopes worry free with the Tow/Haul feature.
The Class III hitch with 2" receiver and 7 pin connector is ready to flat tow, or easily carry your e-bikes.
