Need New Twin Mattresses

**NEED ADVICE**
We own a 2018 3100 PC.
We would like to order two new twin mattresses for our unit and are seeking suggestions from those of you who have replaced the mattresses on your twin beds. We prefer our beds to be firm and would like to order mattresses that are of good quality. We understand these will have to be custom made, but are willing to pay the price to get something that we'll be happy with for years to come.

I have a 2012 model 3100. I got my replacement mattresses from the PC factory in May 2024. I'm very pleased with the quality of the mattresses. They are firm and about 9-10" thick pillowtop. Priced at $350-$400 as I remember. Call or email Keith or Dave Ponser for actual price and availability.

We thought outside the box and bought a mattress in a box from Walmart and cut it to meet our needs.  Having a PC-supplied matching zippered mattress cover helped to make it aesthetically pleasing.  You can read about our project with pictures, by CLICKING HERE.

You might get two PC twin size mattresses from one conventional queen size mattress.  Measure them up to see.

In 2021, we had 2 mattresses made for us by Foam Factory (FoamByMail.com) and are extremely happy with their product..

They make custom mattresses to your specifications types of foam(s), thickness, cover, etc.  Reasonably priced, great quality, etc.
