In our 2007 2350, Phoenix installed only one round standard 12V outlet. It is located just to the right of the main TV.
For our 2007 Ford E350 chassis, the two Ford 12V outlets are in the worst place for driving. When certain things are plugged into either of those outlets, they interfere with the shifting of gears in mountains and canyons. I solved the problem by adding outlets in the center cup holder. I wired them to the heavy amperage cigarette lighter in the dash board with an in-line connector for easy removal of the cup holder for engine access. Now, all the charging cables are off the cup holders as well as away from shifting gears. When we want to move around, we quickly tuck the cables in the bin below.

One 12V outlet is standard round. The other is actually two 5V USB charging ports. They are capped with rubber plugs in the pictures. I bought them off an eBay retailer, sold in a group of 3 with an escutcheon plate. Unfortunately, the cup holder accommodates only two.
