Yes I reupholstered all the furniture in our 2090. Kermit supplied the covers. You may be able get the covers form PC. It was not that had a job. Good luck.

Really , not that bad to do... I have to admit I’m a bit intimidated at the idea of doing it myself.

My driver and passenger seats are becoming a mess. I’ve never done anything like it so not sure if it’s something for someone with no experience.  I’ll need to weigh the options I guess. With the coronatine hurting the businesses they’re may be some shops offering deals. I really need to address mine this year.

Can I ask what the new covers cost? Our 2010 2551's seats are all sadly disintegrating. The fabric on the sleeper sofa is in good shape, just looks like Gramma's furniture. Leather would be nice...

I have no idea what they cost. Ours were under warranty. You would need hog rings and hog ring pliers (amazon).

Good to hear from you.  How are you doing?  How is your RV?  I had all fluids changed, serpentine belt changed, new AGM batteries, new shocks and brake check done in February on our 2551 hoping to go to Florida in March but had to stay home.   Waiting to get the signal to get on the road.

Instead of installing covers you replace entire seat with flex steel chairs.  Then you could get a lumbar support.  Not sure what cost difference would be but it is not cheap for the covers.

Sarz..... replacing the seats, how does a person deal with the power seat switches etc? Reason I ask is I don’t know if the power seat part can be transitioned over to new flex steel. Also flex steel seats from what I see are about a grand each, 1400 with 6 way power.  I didn’t go so far as to see what shipping costs are.

So for the OP it looks like your best option may be to drive the unit to a couple of places that do upholstery work for bids. If taking it there for bids isn’t practical maybe taking several photos with a tape measure used in the photos to show dimensions might work to get started.

The seat I showed below was given to me by another PC owner when he was selling it.  He ordered new and had PC install the 4 flexsteel seats in his 2910 twin beds in rear.  The 2910 twin beds is a rare design developed by GradyGal.

I am not sure how the power seats for flexsteel interface with the PC power seat.  The PC owner above purchased the Flexsteel Captains chairs from a supplier in Elkhart Indiana and had them shipped directly to Phoenix Cruiser to be installed when they built their coach.  That supplier may help with power seat item. Search PC forum for flexsteel for more.

Here is more info regarding seat cover replacements.

As far as cost, covers about half price of buying new seats.  But you get new seats, and in any color you want.  Save more by installing covers yourself.
