Never a problem and we have had them on months at a time.
I remember very few of the things that I’ve spent money to buy, but I remember all of the places that I’ve spent money to see.

I have another question .... what about at night ... can you see in  the unit at night when you have lights on inside and it is dark outside ???

The shades are not opaque.  That would defeat being able to see out during the day.  With lights on low, you can see shapes from outside at night but no detail, more clearly if well lighted inside.  We close the front curtains at night.  Only takes a minute to close them.

Hello everyone we are new to the RV world and have been researching the various RV's for about one year. Our journey has brought us to Class B+ motorhome as our most viable option. We also motorcycle and would like to tow our single Bike trailer on occasion . WE are currently looking seriously at a 2007 2950 pc and would like any feedback about this  model by anyone who knows about them. We have test driven it and other than the sort of wondering steering we like the way it drives, my wife drove it and backed it into a parking space ,not her strong suit but did great.

Thanks :)

Hi roadslesstravelled,

We own a 2007 model year 2350, same year, different chassis (E350), and different floor plan.  This is what I know.

The 2007 PC model year was the first year equipped standard with the whole house inverter.  That is simply great.  We have the inverter and love having 110 volts handy all the time.  I personally feel the 2007 model year was the first year of today's Phoenix Cruiser in regards to standard features and such.  Buying a 2007 or a 2013 of the same floor plan, there are only superficial differences with the house and features.  A 2006 is also a good year but you have to watch out for what might be lacking as it has a shorter list of standard equipment.

Early 2007s are sometimes built on 2006 chassis, very commonly practiced among all motor home manufactures.  If the chassis is a 2007, it will have a tan colored Ford dash board.  If the chassis is a 2006 or older, the dash board will be a medium gray color.  Mind you, other than the colors mentioned, I don't know of any chassis differences.  2006 or 2007, it really doesn't matter.  Just prepare yourself for the possibility.

The drifting/wandering feeling while driving is a very common problem with motor homes of all brands and sizes.  Do not be discouraged about that as there are affordable remedies.  Start with a front wheel alignment from a reputable truck suspension shop, and proper tire pressure.  If you are still not satisfied, then upgrading your shocks, front & rear stabilizer bars, steering stabilizer, and adding a rear trac bar are all worth consideration, but not neccessarlity prioritized in that order.

Welcome to the PC forum.  Maybe you'll become a PC owner one day soon like most of us here.

Blessings,
Ron

Jim, so happy to hear you took the plunge.  I remember meeting you and showing you our 3100 in Oct. 2011 in Sevierville, TN.  You will love it, I know.  2o2

:)Hi Everyone, Just joined the forum after finding out about it from a member of the Cruisers.  I traded in my 2006 33ft Gulf  Stream Yellowstone C Class for 2010 , 2551 Phoenix Cruiser. Since my husband passed away this spring, it was time to downsize.
My unit has twin beds and a very nice layout. It feels real cozy compared to the GS which had two slides and had a 7Ft ceiling, and had to use a stool to turn on fan, etc.  I put 18,000 miles on it and this unit has 20,000 but it was in my price range.  Looking forward to camping next month in Williamsburg to a quilt show.  I am a quilter and love to go to quilt shows and get ideas.  Been quilting for over 15 years and it keeps me busy.  I live in the amish country in Chester Co. Pa and it is so quiet compared to when I lived in Philadelphia.  I have three grown children, three grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. They all live out of state and don't get to see them too often so I don't get to spoil them.  So I go see them and camp nearby. From Albany, NY, Mt.Washington, NH and Hagerstown MD.
Looking forward to warmer weather and have a trip planned with Family Motor Coach this June to Wyoming. Never traveled west before so this will be the first. Luckily I have a quilter friend going with me and share the driving.
So, maybe we will cross paths someday.    heartshower
