Wow Ron... that was a little snarky, especially for you... but maybe we cant all reach your standards. Or budget(WH)

@KL1aplay -I am making the assumption that you have some skills, and will be doing the job yourself? `By all means, if budget and time allows, drive it to the factory and get a quote. But the fact you bought it and are looking for help leads me to think you are gonna DIY.

Posting pictures here is lame, I followed Ron's lead and got a free Flickr account. Lets you link full size HD pics. AND all visitors can see the pics, unlike attaching them.  2o2

Looks like you have an adventure, but not an impossible journey. I am a pretty good fabricator, but far away. You on Facebook? HMU - my ID there is 'Volke Mon' and pic is a groundhog next to a blue flower.  Send me a message with a friend request.  Easy to post pics there, and I can give some advice. Its free, so full refund if not satisfied.  :lol

I got mine 'cheap' because it needed extensive repair around the windshield (Posted a gallery of the windshield repair on FB.), and had MUCH smaller right rear corner damage.   I hope you got a great deal on that one! Sometimes being a 'bottom feeder' and taking on jobs others wont is a GREAT money saver, and you can be assured that the repair is done right. Might even learn new skills!

Oh boy, I really didn't intend to come across like that....I was only trying to say it straight.  Phoenix can replace panels, especially the back wall, but maybe other things too.  Anyone else would likely "repair" instead of "replace".  That was the point I was trying to make.

I am so often misunderstood  :'(

I believe I did get a deal on this Phoenix Cruiser and am totally confident that I can do the repairs myself. The factory is to far away from me to even consider them to do the work and being on a budget it would not make sense. I believe the only part of this repair that I am going to need some help on is repairing the exterior siding panel. I did call the factory and they said I would be able to purchase a 4'x4' sheet for $90. I just need to make sure that is what I need. Thanks for the input guys and I will keep you posted on my repair.

Ah!  A serious Do-It-Yourselfer....another Volkemon.  That is awesome.  Please post pictures and details along the way.  This inquiring mind wants to know.  Though I don't need to repair our PC, I am very curious how you go about doing it.

Apologies to you, i could have been a little more diplomatic...  :-[ we all have moments.

I understand you dont use FB, but maybe you can still see things there. ( Think I have been here before, but dont remember results...)  Kurt is making an album to document the repair. This is my windshield repair one, https://www.facebook.com/volke.mon/media_set?set=a.943868619149682&type=3, see if that works even without you being a 'member'. If it nags you, decline to join and it may pass you through to see anyway. Once the repair pictures album for KL1aplay is up I will post a link if he doesnt do it first.  2o2

Hey Volkemon, I do have a FB account and can see your rust repairs.  I use FB exclusively to stay connected with our extended family spread around the USA.  There was a time I connected with everyone I know which was over whelming.  To be honest, it is still too much with just my family.
