First visit to PC factory

We just had our first visit to factory for some minor adjustments on our 2018 2910d coach plus some nice to have items to make life easier. We were amazed at the amount of work and professionalism both Doug and Danny displayed. They both worked nonstop until all items on punch list were completed, then Doug gave a mini tour so I could see how coach wiring was installed plus location of inverter etc. that are hidden behind walls. We could not be happier with the personalized care given by these two men. Thanks again Phoenix Cruiser.   heartshower

We made an appointment back in April for 1 August. We we’re planning our trip around the coach service. Only made a few short trips since our purchase but so far are very impressed with the fit and finish.
