After market lug nut covers & axle hub center caps for 2018 Ford E-450

I'm trying to find lug nut covers & axle hub center caps to put on a 2018 Phoenix Cruiser 3100, any suggestions (I don't want a full wheel cover-just for the lug nuts & axle hubs)?

The Ford E-450 Chassis has wheels with 8 lug nuts and bolt pattern of 8 X 6.5", so a 10 lug nut style axle hub center cover will not work. 

I believe I found axle hub center covers that will fit if anyone is interested.  See the following two links (one for front axle/one for DRW axle):

I found out the above axle hub center covers are held in place by Alcoa's special designed lug nuts.  So in order to use these covers you will also need to buy the following lug nuts:
