Secondary Satellite Dish (under trees)
« on: May 03, 2018, 01:37:33 pm »
On the motorhome I just sold, when the roof mount dish could not get a signal, I would simply unscrew coax from roof mounted dish and screw on coax that runs to temporary dish outside.

I am trying to figure out how to do this with a new PC I am ordering.  Looking for suggestions.  Basically, how do you hookup a temporary dish to your receiver.

On my build list, I requested a portable satellite hookup to be placed next to the cable TV hookup (outside).  Haven't heard back from anyone yet, so maybe there's a hookup somewhere that I'm not aware of.
