We ordered November 1 and picked up March 8 if that helps. The factory line moves fairly well but they rely on outside contractors for some things. And those shops are doing work for others as well so PC is at their mercy.
Paint shop is one and I was told it can take from 2 to 7 weeks depending on the shop's backlog.
The frame stretch is also done outside (I think)
The 4x4 is done at quigley and that can take any amount of time. I read recently they have around 600 on the lot to do. Not sure where your's is or if that has changed since the post I read.
jatrax has it right. As I understand it....
1) All paintwork is done by a paint shop in Elkhart. I don't know about decals.
2) Frame stretching and reduction is done by a company certified by Ford, also located in Elkhart. That is all they do.
3) All 4x4 conversions are done by Quigley located in Manchester, PA.
Everything else is built in-house including frame extensions behind the rear axle, and the vacu-bonded wall sections.
