I have not has any problems with the Cpap over head, With the hole they drilled, looking up, at the right hand corner by the window, my hose is plenty long to let me switch side when sleeping, From Left side to right. Also the hole lets me run electric for the clock and phone charger. Hope this answers your question, Sorry for the delay, been taking care of Dear Wife with new Knee.
