I ordered the Lloyd one piece Rubbertite mat for a 2003 Econoline E350 Club Wagon  from AutoAnything.com.
Be sure to specify what type console you have so the mat will fit the countours.  My E350 console  has a flip down storage   compartment below the cubbyhole.

I don't know about the other model year E350 and E450 applications  or what  a   slim line console is.

UPDATE.   Mats installed. They fit well... And only cover 1 level so the side areas that are a different level are not included. THey are a big improvement  and will save the carpeted floor.
Jim is doing better today. Will soon be bandage change time. And I am "nurse" Patricia then. I am a fake nurse. Price is right however. Patricia
Great, thanks for the update!

Glad to hear your husband is improving!

I got the same response from Weather Tech. Went to my local Ford dealer and ordered all weather mats for an E450 van. Great fit, driver side has holes for no ride up.

Are the "all weather mats" you got, rubber or carpet?
Thanks!
