Well, we had a bad thing happen. Our 16 year-old granddaughter had a severe knee injury (volleyball). The surgery seemed to go well, but then she had a blood clot in her leg and things went very badly after that. We had to cancel the trip in order to help, and my wife was in no mood to have fun and socialize. Adventure Caravans was great. With only four days before the trip, they transferred the money to our next trip although the rules called for a $1,000 forfeiture. The campground, however, kept the entire $89 deposit we paid for early arrival. So won’t know about the campground until next year – still hope to go.
