Yes, the ride with the longer wheelbase is better. I know the turning radius is longer but haven’t really noticed it. Tows great. We have a Chevy HHR and don’t really notice it except when hitting a bump maybe. We have a Brake Buddy to assist in braking, although it rarely comes on with careful driving. Saved our bacon once though: at a Flying J, a four-wheeler came barreling between RVs in the RV parking area; panic stop!

Just got back from a trip to Washington, D.C. Everything went great. Handled the mountains of WV just fine. Planning a 32 day trip on the Great River Road this fall, Bemidji, MN to New Orleans. Then next spring, 41 days: Pensacola, FL around the Gulf to Key West, up the east coast through St. Augustine, Savannah, Charleston, Ashville ending in Stone Mountain, GA. And then next fall, a 49 day Canadian Maritimes trip: New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Labrador. We love these caravans, and I know we have some envious people traveling with us in their big Class A’s and triple axel 5th wheels.

It'd be cool to have another PC along.
