If you download it, you can change your view to "two-up continuous with cover page". It was working like I wanted it, but the file was still over 11MB. While I think that's great since the original I sent to printer was over 200MB, it's still too much for most folks. So I got it down to 6.3MB but it's now ignoring the properties to open with facing pages except for the covers.

I'm done with it. The preview brochure still displays spreads properly, but the whole download thing does not, and in another shot of scotch I will not care a bit.
