REUNION 2023 NEWS -- Here's a quick update for you.
- 59 sites have been claimed so far out of the 75 we have on hold.
- Invoices were sent out through PayPal on 2/18 to everyone that registered before that time. Their due dates were 3/18. We've had a few more registrations trickle in and Karen is invoicing within a day or two of receiving the registration. IF you registered (you get an automatic confirmation from our system showing what you put on the form) AND you did not get an invoice yet, contact Karen at treasurer@phoenixcruisertravelclub.org
- Amish Country Bus Tour - we still have room. This type of tour can only be taken with a large group so this is your opportunity to do so. If you've already registered for the reunion and want to ADD the bus tour, contact Karen at the email above. The tour is all day and includes lunch.
- Seminars - Vendors/Suppliers are being lined up for presentations at the reunion. We normally can't get vendors to come to our somewhat small reunions but being in Elkhart makes it easier for Tina to pull them in. If you like informational seminars and the ability to talk to vendors directly, this is your chance. Only registered Reunion Attendees will be able to attend the seminars.
- We'll also be setting up some Travel Club Member presentations/roundtable discussions. The call out for submissions will go out in the April Newsletter so if you want to present or chair a discussion, prep that proposal so you can submit in April.
- This is a Phoenix Cruiser Travel Club Event so you do have to be a member. However, we have no dues this year so joining the club is simply a matter of going to phoenixcruisertravelclub.org and signing up. Once your membership is processed, you will be able to access the information on the club website and register for the reunion.
