Has Phoenix Cruisers for Sale by Owner gone away???

I notice that the Phoenix Cruisers for Sale by Owner category on this forum is now totally blank.   Does that mean that there are no rigs listed, they sold or were withdrawn or does it mean that PC is no longer supporting this service??

Perhaps there was activity on there that I didn't notice  but it just seems to have gone totally dark.   When I click, nothing appears and it it almost like the site has just gone dormant.

It has been blank in the past when there were no rigs listed. I think at one point there was a note from Aimee (past webmistress) locked to the top about how to list a unit through her. I searched members and Aimee is gone so they may have deleted her and erased that posting. I think if they wanted to remove it, the whole topic link would be gone.

Just my guesses. When I searched for Aimee under members, Stuart popped up (past sales rep at Phoenix) and I wondered why he still has access to the forum six years after he was terminated but he has some old posts that shouldn't be deleted so maybe he is locked out but not erased.

Welcome to Phoenix USA RV's discussion board. We hope to provide a place for our Owner's Group and others interested in the Phoenix USA RV products to get together, share stories and insights, and learn from one another.

We at Phoenix already know that RV Campers are some of the finest people that can be found anywhere, but we have to run through the list of rules just the same.

We know you're all smart, busy people so we're going to keep it short and sweet.

1. No disrespectful language. As campers we have plenty to keep us from feeling crabby. Let's try to remember that before typing up a post that is only intended to stir up trouble.

2. No For Sale. Sorry, but we are not currently set up to allow advertising of any sort on the site. Just as you appreciate us offering this message board free of banner and other ads, we appreciate you not putting ads in the messages. That goes for your signatures too.

Right now that's all we can think of. No selling stuff and no being nasty. It seems we didn't have all that much to say about rules after all.

Company notice back in March or April about selling PC's

Hutch42, I guess that is the answer then:  no more For Sale by Owners.

I find that interesting.   I would have thought that exposure for the product from previous owners would have been good for business.  I guess it is now seen by management/ownership as a form of competition.

Wasn't that the same process all along?  You had to email Aimee and have it listed.  I didn't think you could just post it yourself. 

The rest of that text also seems to be the same as it was before at least from my memory.  Which admittedly is not as good as it used to be.

That's not the way I read it, it says it has to be requested via email.   That's pretty much how it's always been.

No postings of other stuff for sale and PC's for sale by owner only by following the email route.

Money and Money is Business vs. competition.  Can't be more clear than that folks. I'm competing with PC if I would sell my PC on their site.

Sounds the same to me. You always had to send to Aimee. Now you email to the forum email which I'm guessing goes to Tina (Chuck's wife). Anyone wanting to post their unit should send to that forum email. If they ignore it or reply that they no longer post used units THEN we'll know it changed. Until then it's all speculation.
