Tina,
Thank you for the sticky with the contact information!
This forum has been a great resource for many of us, and I think that all the forum members appreciate the freedom and openness that Phoenix has allowed in the discussions between members. I only registered as a user a little over a year ago, but I spent a couple years before that monitoring all the posts of others, and absorbing information about Phoenix USA and the Cruisers. During those roughly three years, there was very little input from any Phoenix USA source (the only thing I can remember was Aimee handling some "For Sale" postings)--and nothing at all since Aimee left. I think that may be what Ron was getting at with the comment: "Don't be too quiet".
While we appreciate the distance that Phoenix has maintained, owners and interested parties are naturally focused on any news and updates about new models, options, and just what "is going on" with our favorite RV manufacturer. As you have noticed, in absence of information from a solid Phoenix source, the forum gets populated with rumor, speculation, conjecture, and sometimes even accurate data. I know it must be difficult for a manufacturer to cope with that, because actual new programs, initiatives, and business evolution happens at a much slower pace that forum discussion!

Anyway--thank you again for initiating the Phoenix USA RV Forum Team; it is a great step forward. We very much look forward to your input, and echo Ron's counsel: Don't be too quiet!
All the best, Mike
