Ever Get a Response from PC Contact Form?

I've used the main site contact form a couple of times over several months now to ask about support issues (part numbers, where to buy, etc.). I've yet to receive any responses at all.

Is it just me or have others seen this same behavior?

I DID receive a response to my first question using that form last Summer. That query was a sales lead for them so maybe I should frame all my queries that way, :-)

I have gotten a response if it was a sales question.  Otherwise I think it is better to call the office, that usually gets a fast response.

Same here.  Only used the contact form once--for an initial contact regarding sales--got a quick response from Barry the sales manager.  I believe that direct contact by phone is the quickest way to connect for other support issues.  You can use e-mail if you have an address and if a more indirect approach works for you.  Based on what I've read on the forum, that has worked fine in some instances but has not worked well in others.  All of my e-mails have been purchase-related details primarily with the sales staff; I have had good response in that regard.

Email has always worked for me.  Except when the factory shuts down for vacation or everyone is at a show.  Same with the phone.

I suggest not using the form on the website.  To be honest I'm not sure any company actually answers emails to those addresses.  I've sent a dozen or so emails to various companies through their online form and I can remember getting a response from only two.
