Koreshan State Historic Site Reopens

Koreshan State Historic Site is reopening on 12/15/16.  It is located in Estero, FL just north of Bonita Springs.  Great winter weather!!!  It has been closed since 4/11/16 because they were fixing their water and electrical at the campsites.  They just opened up their reservation system today so you can start booking for the winter.  Sites are going fast.

Also - Site 39 at Jonathon Dickinson State Park is now available from 2/11-2/18.  It is a full hookup site in Jupiter, FL.  
         There are some openings at St Lucie COE in February as well.

How nice of you to post this information for those folks who might be considering spending some of the winter months is The Sunshine State.

Jonathon Dickinson is just an hour south of us.  We have been there a few times and have friends that will be Camp Hosts during January, February, and March.   They were still renovating the River section when we last visited in April.

I saw that Koreshan is reopening next month.  We have not been there but will put it on our list.
