Two PC's on the same day?
« on: March 24, 2017, 01:22:58 am »
While visiting friends in eastern Washington last weekend we were shocked to find a 2011 PC sitting three doors down from them.  The first Phoenix I have ever seen "in the wild" and it belongs to neighbors of our friends.  Same color scheme roughly as ours but I think it was a 3100.  We knocked on the door, yeah a little crazy, and talked to the nice lady who said they bought it in August when they downsized from a large diesel.

Then on our way home we passed another Phoenix Cruiser heading west on I-84.  Looked new but at 70mph I did not get a great look.  Smaller and with standard gel coat colors.  Maybe a 2350 or 51 but really not sure.

So two different Phoenix Cruisers in two different states on the same day.  And I've never seen one anywhere before, except the factory.  And my driveway of course!

We were in Avon Park,  Florida in our 2016 2351. Three spots down comes a brand new 2910 4x4. Chuck and Judy from Michigan.  DW said no, no, no.  I  said " but honey, we need one".  Yeah, she won.

We spotted one in a yard on the western side of South Mountain near Hagerstown, MD. Our GPS told us the little back roads were the way to go and though we were skeptical, it was right... AND it took us right past a Phoenix we didn't know was living 20 minutes from where we're staying. If you are on the forum and want to meet other owners, drop us a line.
