Crossing the Bay of Fundy

Just returned from our vacation on PEI and Nova Scotia.We drove up to PEI and visited with old nieghbors and friends,then visited Halifax,Lunenburg,Mahone Bay and Digby.Took ferry from Digby,Nova Scotia to St Johns,New Brunswick. :)(:

Great pictures. That looked to be a beautiful trip for you.
Now I want to go back to Brackley Beach, PEI.

    PEI and the bridge were fantastic also.Great seeing old friends again.You may recall this lighthouse at Victoria by the sea.

Here are a few photos from my last trip to PEI. We were camped on a friends lot in Brackley Beach. When we were in Georgetown we ran into George and Judy (gradygal) in their Phoenix.

I have never taken a ferry with my PC.  I think that you gave me a great idea for next year. I checked the Ferry web site for schedules and fees.
I'd like to try it out.

When we took the Ferry to Prince Edward Island, my DW got a little nervous when our Truck camper and motorcycle trailer were surrounded by two 18 wheelers. She didn't know (nor did I) that the Ferry carried 18 wheelers and it was one of those rough water days.  (nod)

PS: To visit Prince Edward Island you only have to pay one way. We paid to come in on the Ferry and left by the "7" mile bridge.

Nice pics Bill!Looks like you had a good view of the water from there.We owned an old farm house there up until last year on the West side of the island in the Brae.Bought it thirteen years ago before the bridge.We used to fly in with my Cessna 172,landing in the farm field.

I would leave by the Bridge so that I can stop Cows for ice cream
