On my 2010 E450, there is an auxiliary input jack for the radio. The manual says it is for a portable music player. Can this jack be used for a satellite radio? Also, do the satellite radios require an outside antenna?

Yes you can play the Sat Radio thru the aux connect. You do need the antenna outside for best reception, although it will work ok on the dashboard, the reception will fade in and out.

Yes it will work, we had Bob at PC install the antenna on top of the 3100 for us.
