Not working on electric.Makes clicking noise in circuit breaker area.Checked heater element,it appears to be good.Any ideas?

I fixed it!!Not enough power on a 20 amp circuit,needs 30amp.

That surprises me. I would have thought 20 amp service would run a hot water tank off 110v.

Maybe because I had other things on that circuit also like the converter,tv,etc. Anyhow,I called Atwood and that's what the tech advised me.It seems fine now.
