"The two drains in the floor that are together, drains the pressured plumbing. You open those valves and open all faucets, both hot and cold, and don't forget the outside shower too. Gravity drains it all. It is for winterizing purposes."

Where are these two valves located? Does anyone know if they are on the 3100? Guess I'll spend some time on my back and get acquainted with the underside of my rig.

Billy,

If nobody gives you the answer you are looking for with your model 3100, try this. If you are nimble enough to crawl under your rig, look for a pair of rubber or plastic drain tubes that come out from the floor and hang down maybe 6" or so. That would help you figure out where the drain valves, are as the tubes hang directly below the valves inside.

Don't confuse the pair with the single tube that drains the fresh water tank.

Guys:

Sorry I have not responded sooner. Very busy at work with all kinds of winter claims(insurance agency). Anyway, Yes the bypass for the water heater keeps the antifreeze out. Drain the tank and keep the antifreeze out. Cost less. The bypass I meant is really a siphon tube that hooks into the water pump to draw the antifreeze into the system. You stick the tube into the antifreeze solution and suck it in. Without that tube the project becomes much more laborious.

Billy, The drain valves in all PCs are in the same place, under the Kitchen sink. You remove the left bottom draw. To get the draw out you have to push down on the black trangle on one side and pull up on the other side, while sliding the draw out. You will see three valve, one in a cross pipe, you need to turn all three valves to bypass the water heater.

Removing drawers under kitchen sink

I must be REALLY DUMB. I cannot figure out how to remove the drawer under the kitchen sink. There are black triangles at the end. I tried pushing them in and it didn't work. I tried pulling them out and it didn't work. I have never seen this type of drawer mechanism before. There must be a simple answer but guess I am too old to figure it out!!! Help!

Push down on one side (I believe it is the right side) while pulling up on the other side and pulling out the drawer. I marked my drawer after finding which was up and which was down.
