I sent this to John H who is the Webmaster. The system is supposed to forward those emails to him. He'll check the system. It does work for me so it might be something with your email server.
Next issue is your invoice. I'll forward the same info to Karen T, Club Treasurer. She was kicking out 55 invoices over two evenings and it's possible she missed one or got the email wrong. If you have Karen's email please send directly to her. The billing isn't automated, she invoices one by one after calculating each member's reunion fee based on their choices (# attending, 30/50 amps, day trip, etc.)
Other suggestions, check your spam folder and also check if you have blocked PayPal emails in the past.
And don't worry. We'll get this straightened out.
