Wow, I am really glad this topic was brought up.  I too would like to install wood flooring of some type but was worried that the extra height would mess up the slide.  I too have indents from the rollers.  Actually, the flooring is actually ripped and has been repaired due to the extra weight on the rollers.  The flooring slightly bunches up when the slide is in.  I will post pics later. I may have over relooked it, but is there no manual on how to adjust the slide?
I emailed Liftco,  hopefully they will provide manual.  Here is my issue.

We had a 2910 so the following explanation may or may not apply to what’s going on with the photos above, but here goes.  Our slide was hitting the floor too. Once I peeled off the trim under the bottom of the slide there were some metal angle pieces that were very close to the floor and would only hit the floor if the wind was blowing a certain direction. Once I cut them back with a multi tool and reinstalled the trim we didn’t have any further problems.

Interesting, my 2015 "Glide Out" is made by Liftco for Phoenix.  The stickers have both Liftco and Phoenix on them.

Does your 2015 have rollers? Our 2013 is a "touchless" slide with scissor arms on the side. No rollers. Someone posted long ago that they have extra pieces of vinyl that they place under the rollers when they come in to prevent the dents from the rollers. Don't know if that would be the easiest fix for the new flooring or not.
