Thank you all very much. I think I figured out the issue being a bad circuit board. Not worth trying to find a replacement part.
I did watch a video on YouTube and it’s a cake walk to replace. However, for now, I think I will deal with just the 1 bad light and save a project for later.
Actually, I did purchase the light on the attached file but it did not work so I returned it. What are the odds it was a bad light from the factory. LOL.
