Electric brake wire

Second try at posting?  Though all fords had a blue wire or a plug for electric brake controller down by the hood release.  Can’t find one on our 2013 e450.  Is there?  Also found a red about 10 gauge wire with a red fuse holder that was tucked in behind the hood release panel.  Any idea what’s it for?

Bummer, probably where it is at.  I’ve already mounted my scan guage there.
