Being that we own a 2007 model, some of Billy's questions are not appicable here.
Thermal Pane Windows.....We have them and love them.
1) Quiet inside when it's noisey outside, which is especially beneficial the way we travel. We stay in Walmart's and rest areas where there is never a dull moment. So the noise suppresion is much appreciated. Even quiet when on the open road with less over-all noise, especially from passing trucks.
2) When camping in summer at high altitude, places like Canada, or off season, it's much warmer inside than experienced with our old motor home which had single pane. Little or no radiated cold falling on our heads.
3) A/C is retained better too. We do notice that.
The factory can swap out windows. They have done it for others.
If I had troubles with failed seals like rmmpe, I too would advise against them, but so far, all is well. We do store our PC2350 in a heated garage in winter so maybe that is a contributer to holding a good seal.
The front shades do require a bit of a knack to work smoothly. I can understand a negative review about them. But after a while, you know what it takes for them to cooperate, and all works out well.
About the sink light. We have one and like it a lot. I am surprised they stop putting in sink lights. You can request one be installed for you, maybe even on an existing unit.
About the stove mirror....I thought it was a good idea for an easy clean splash guard & heat shield. It also brightens up what is typically a dark corner. I was going to buy one from the factory, but my wife said not to.
About the furnace in our 2350, I agree with everyone else. More heat goes to the rear than to the front. It is great when sleeping in back with the privacy curtian so the furnace doesn't run so often, but the RV does experience uneven heating.
