Does anyone know if Phoenix Cruiser is going to put out more YouTube videos of their Motorhomes ?  I really liked watching them.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Earl or Kyle, but I learned a lot from their videos.  Does anyone know what became of them?

Cheers  :)(:

Last I heard Kyle had taken a job in Las Vegas.  Earl had retired although I read several reports of people seeing him around the shop after that.

I agree the videos were very useful and I hope that Phoenix continues to add to them.

I feel those videos hosted by Earl was one of Phoenix's best marketing strategies, second only to happy owners promoting the company and product on the web and road.

First, Thanks jatrax for the update on Earl and Kyle.

Ron, the videos, plus a strong recommendation from some friends, heavily influenced my decision.  In my search for downsizing, I read about so much confusion and problems with all the electronics and high tech systems.   Seems like everything is controlled by a board or electronic device.  Made my head swim.  IMO, the PC systems are fairly simple, but current and modern.   Most every system on the PC is explained in the videos.  I watched them many times before ordering and taking delivery.

As systems change, I hope PCUSA will upgrade their videos.

It's getting kind of dated now, but in my very first visit to Phoenix in Elkhart about six months ago, I saw Earl come through as I was sitting in the lobby waiting to talk with the sales folks.  When he walked back through heading outside a few minutes later, I walked out after him and stopped him in the parking lot to introduce myself and just tell him how much I appreciated his representation for the company.  I told him that while first researching RVs, I had watched hours and hours of "Earl videos", and that I couldn't resist the chance to just say "Hi" and tell him that I was one of the customers that had become sold on Phoenix almost exclusively through his efforts.

Earl was very gracious and asked what model I was looking at and what options I was considering, and we chatted a while before he left.  He mentioned at the time that there was just "a chance" that he might be doing some videos again in the future for Phoenix, but that we'd just have to wait and see how things worked out.  I responded that I couldn't think of anyone more qualified to do it and I really hoped that the situation came together, but I suppose that it evidently did not.  I don't know whether the apparent discussions would have had him returning to sales or just doing some videos for them, but since that's been quite a while now I assume they did not come to any agreement.  I always felt that Earl was a great representative for Phoenix and I personally liked his quiet, low-key, assured knowledge and presentation of the product.

I totally agree - it's what sold us on PC
