Lippert

Does Lippert work on slide outs at there factory in Elkhart? My slide has not worked correctly since new. When I picked my 2400 up I argued for 15 minutes with the PC tech telling him it didn't work right. he insisted  it was ok. I'd like someone at the Lippert factory to look at it. Is that possible?

They do some work in Elkhart, and I would suggest you call them.  They might be able to trouble shoot over the phone, and, in addition, there are several videos on adjusting yourself.  I have talked to the customer service folks on various items with my 5th wheel, and found them helpful.  I don't know the number off hand, but you can get ti on the internet.
