Ron, I normally highly recommend the Phoenix motorhomes but in your case I think you would be wise to find something else that has higher ceilings. Unless you think you can adapt and automatically crouch down while moving about inside the RV , I think it would become a major issue after you bump your head a few times. Think of it as buying a pair of shoes one size too small.

+1 and good luck on your quest for max headroom in a compact motorhome. The out-of-production Dynamax  Isata 282 is very  similar to a PC 2552 and has ducted air.  Thor Axis and Vegas compact class A lines built on the Ford E450 chassis offer multiple floor plan options.
