Rear Storage

As others have noted, it would be best if the hooks were not installed when new and if backer board was installed all the way across the back board.  A trip to West Marine yielded some velcro straps that make for neat storage of hoses, cords, and mag shades (across top).  Hopefully pics are attached.

I removed one hook to store our 2x4 folding table as shown.

After many years with our 2007 model year, I polished out all the markings off the fiberglass and added outdoor carpet.  It stays put with carpet tape placed in a few strategic spots.  If water ever got inside, it will pass right through the carpet, keeping things on top of it dry.  The carpet matches the PC-installed carpet walls, like it was made that way all along.  I bought one foot of carpet off a 12 foot roll at Menards.

I saw your post earlier.  Once I put my tools and shades in the compartment a table would not fit.  We wanted a larger table anyway and have room in the bedroom to store it.  I put left over carpet from the entry stairs in my locker too, after I saw your post.

By the way, I am to busy with valve stem and driveline issues to keep up with your other good ideas, please quit posting them.  ha ha.

Now if I could just find a place for the grill other than in the shower.....
