On our 2910T it is under the unit about a third of the way back on the drivers side. Inside the rail frame, I don't remember it being enclosed.  JAS

it's a rectangle black box with clear panel in front on drivers side attached to the frame rail in front of the axel.  The fluid is checked/filled by removing the cap on the top of the box.  There's a dip stick on the cap.
