There will always be pros and cons with any suspension mods to deal with rear end sag. As a fyi, here's yet another (I've never actually seen them):
http://www.torklift.com/index.php/products/suspension/stableloadAssuming all E-series cutaways use overload leafs and it actally fits (unclear based on fitment chart endnotes), I think one would find this option as effective as new leaf spring sets made to correct firmness and height without overload leafs and therefore non-progressive in spring rate. A vehicle that always runs similar weight like an RV (one packs about the same for short and long trips) probably doesn't need progressive rate springs, so a device like this would be engaged once and then left as-is unlike, say, a pickup truck with a slide-in camper installed and removed that would benefit from adjusting the device according to load.
I'm not sure what, if anything, this would do to roll center. Also, it might reduce need for heavier rear anti-roll (AKA anti-sway bar or sway-bar), but would not mitigate potential need for a track bar.
