How do you send a reply to a personal message?????

I have received a personal message from a lady who is not yet a member. I have been attempting to respond to her and so far, haven't had any luck doing so. I received the message in my e-mail inbox, hit the link to view it, read it and attempted to reply. What I wrote was there but when I attempted to send it to her using the name she signed in her message, since she isn't yet a member, it wouldn't recognize her.

Gail, if by chance you are reading this, please reply to this message and I will try to figure this out. I haven't been using the Forum a lot and I am lost in figuring out how to do this.

Margie, did you try responding from your "messages" screen while logged in to the forum? If so, and it didn't work, then Gail needs to send another personal message to you that includes her actual email address in the text area so you can respond directly.

I sent you another message with my email address .

I am technically challenged so I could have done something wrong.

I have been a forum member for a few months , just haven't purchased a PC, yet. We are in the planning process, now. Lots of decisions to make , but we're getting there.

Anyone in MD with a 2350?

Our first PC was a 2350. We traded it in on the 2552. We are in Howard County, near the fairgrounds if you want to see the 2552. I also will try to answer any question you might have about Phoenix and ordering one. Have you taken the factory tour yet?

Thanks Tom,

I know Howard County, well. We lived in Clarksville for 25 years before moving to Frederick. I will contact you about seeing your PC.

We have not had a factory tour. Our only experience with PC was at the RV show. We are planning a trip to San Diego soon and may visit Elkhart on the way.

It seems that I tried everything possible last night to reply to Gail's personal message and it didn't work. She did send me another personal message with her e-mail.

Gail, I will gladly respond to your e-mail and answer anything I can about the 2350 we have. Thank you for your response to my question about the Million Dollar Highway in Colorado. I appreciate it.
