Gosh, I am trying to convince my wife we need to go.  Trouble I am having is it about 2K miles one way from Pahrump Nevada.  I will work hard to take a vacation from retirement.  Hope to get there.

I also enjoy reading the complete thread.  I'm sure a lot of people, including me, don't go much past the General discussion.   I would like to see this in that forum to get more exposure.

I know this has not been responded to in 5 yrs.  I tow a 2003 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner-automatic with driveshaft disconnect.  I would be interesting to see what is being towed currently.

OR  should a new thread be started?

Very interesting reading, especially about color.  My wife paints watercolor pictures. She knows colors better than my sons and me.   My 2 sons are color blind (deficient), or whatever it is called today.  I'm just old.  I occasionally tease my sons about seeing colors differently.  You could post all the pictures with colors you want, but I will guarantee we all see them not the same.  As far as angles of the view, that's a different story.

Great information as usual.  I had to fix a small leak where the pump fit into the pipe.  Used a rubber coupling.   No more leak.  Anyway if we keep our RV longer I know I will have to fix or replace the pump.  Can the 700 series replace the older pump?

I threw the plastic panels away, but kept the frame and hardware.  I don't the width.  Maybe Ron can measure and report.

I'm surprised there is no response.  15 yr old toilets haven't broken yet?  I know this doesn't help much, but I will probably be replacing mine this winter.  Mine sits on a pedestal in the 06 2350, so I can't use a foot pedal type flusher.   Will be watching this thread.

I have the same problem.  Haven't addressed it yet, but will be following to see if there is a fix before I figure it out.

Thanks for the replies.  I have been removing when it starts beeping, but just wanted to know if it made much difference where it is located in a small unit.

Our 2350 has the smoke detector almost right above your head when standing at the stove.  The thing goes off whenever we use the toaster and sometimes when using the stove.  I know the guidelines state it should be close to where you sleep.  Take away the cab portion of a 24 ft rv and you have about maybe 18 ft left "where you sleep".
Has anyone moved the detector away from the stove area?

I guess I would have to ask these questions, just cus I'm curious.  How many units have this part installed?  How many have failed?  If I knew that, then I could/would figure out the percentage of failure and make an educated guess as to whether I should carry a spare.

Gosh!!   It is so refreshing to hear from the company itself rather than reading a bunch of hearsay on the internet.  I know it doesn't change things, but at least PC USA is willing to monitor and listen.

BTW, this is only MY opinion.

Bob, interesting, thank you for the info.  Please post how it works out once youíve used it for a while.  Iím assuming youíll fill it with pre chilled drinks. Iíll be curious how well it keeps things cold.

I have already used it quite a few times.  I live about 1 1/2 hours from Nellis AFB.  Once in a while we go to the commissary and we use the cooler.  Works fine.

Bangorbob.  Thatís interesting. Size wise does it fit ok between the seats? Keep things cold enough( assuming pre chilled) ? And just 12 volt or 110 as well? For that price I wouldnít expect everything.  I m pretty surprised one can be had for under 100.

It is 12 volt.   Here's what I bought to convert 110v to 12v.  I use this converter for other things also.  I will check to make sure it fits between the seats.
