I have not been popular on this forum but I'm going to chime in. My 2018 PC has been leaking around the slide for 2 yrs. I've taken it to the factory and 2 rv shops and it still leaks. I'm going back to the factory next month for numerous repairs. I had no idea that PC quality was this bad. I have 80,000 miles on so selling it would mean a big loss. I'm getting ready to head south for 4 months and have no confidence in my PC making the trip trouble free. I really don't know what to do at this point. I was planning to put  over 200,000 miles on my PC, I don't see it making it that far. I was in contact with an owner this spring who was selling his 3 yr old PC because of leaks, like me, he'd had enough. PC's are beautiful looking motorhomes but I'd never buy another one. Sorry to be such a downer but I just don't have any good news about my PC.

Has anyone had the screws that hold the slide out  rails to the slide out start to pull out?

Looking at the floor plans on the web site, the 2400 is totally wrong. The STD 2400 in 2018 had the large electric sofa next to the double door closet, both the sofa and the closet were in the slide. It was a large slide providing a large living room in the coach. Across from that was 2 lounge chairs with a small pull out table. We opted for a full dinette instead of the 2 chairs in our 2400. The floor plan shown on this site shows a small slide with dinette, across from that are the 2 chairs. There is no bed in this floor plan, I doubt  that one has ever been built. We have friends who like our 2400 but tell us the floor plan shown on this site is totally different. I've pointed this out before on this forum and it was missed by the company or simply fell on deaf ears. Also the 2100 and 2400 always had 23 gal. black and 35 gal grey, the current specs are just the opposite, I assume that the tanks are still the same and the new site has the wrong specs. That makes a huge difference on your dumping schedule. If you're not going to order a 2400 you probably don't care, but the 2400 is one of only 2 coaches that offer a large living room, a few of us still like that floor plan. Just more confusion and inaccurate information.  PC NEEDS TO KNOW ITS PRODUCT BETTER.

https://secure.rmsheepskin.com/     Garmp, we purchased some Sheep Skin covers from Rocky Mountain Sheepskin yrs ago. They were good quality but expensive. They are a custom fit. There are some other company's that sell sheepskin seat covers, just look under sheepskin seat covers. Sheepskin is very comfortable in both hot and cold weather, and would look great in your new Cruiser.

Go to Ford's Refrigeration, they know everything about Norcold. They have on line repair videos and have a modern repair facility in Benton, KY. They train repair technicians across the country. You can give them a call and they can tell you where you can find a repair shop close to you. They will give you instructions on repairs over the phone.

During WW2 you had to turn in your empty toothpaste tube or you didn't get a new one, the metal was needed to fight the war. There was scrap metal drives. There was ceiling bids and minimum bids on farm machinery. Women who in those days were home makers volunteered to work in the factories. There were shortages of everything but people pulled together for the benefit of all and our country. Today America is the me country. It''s my rights, my constitution, my flag. There are so many who refuse to pull together as Americans, I wonder if Democracy will survive?

Sorry John and Holy, I just had to say it.

The plant being closed does not mean that one person can't be there answering the phone and taking care of mail and keeping the mice out. (or forwarding the phone and email and letting the mice have a run at it...)
Lucky, you nailed it, keeping in touch with customers who have a new PC on order is simple good customer relations that benefit both PC and the customer. Customer relations and quality will never get better in the RV industry  unless customers demand it.

Garmp, you have a 120,000 dollar plus PC sitting at the factory, they have extended the shut down and no one from PC got a hold of you, and you can't reach anybody,  Any number of people from PC or Campers Inn could have contacted you from home. This lack of communication shows an (I don't care} attitude from the sales people at PC. PC is a small company only building 2 to 3 PC's a week. Staying in contact with this small number of customers should be no problem at all. I wonder if PC will survive the next down turn in business? I would be temped to cancel my order and ask for my down payment back. In reality you just want to know the latest status on your new motorhome.

Another mistake, the 2100 and 2400 have always had the 23 gal black tank and the 35 gal grey tank. On the new website it is just the opposite, the black tank is listed at 35 gal and the grey at 23. I doubt if they switch the tanks.

On the home page, the floor plans for the rear kitchen models, the 2400 floor plan is incorrect, it was incorrect on the old site also.
Couch in the slideout, not a dinette?  Is that what's wrong?
Correct, plus the closet sides out.

The floor plan shows a small slide with dinette, across from the dinette is 2 chairs with small table. The floor plan they show has no bed. My 2018 2400 has the large electric sofa bed that slides out
along with the large 2 door closet, across from that I have the optional full size dinette, 2 chairs with the small pull out table is standard.

Look at the floor plan then play Earl's video.

On the home page, the floor plans for the rear kitchen models, the 2400 floor plan is incorrect, it was incorrect on the old site also.

General Discussion / Re: High Milers?

It's nice to see a PC owner interested in putting on some high miles. There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest on that topic on this forum. Put on another 100 or 200 thousand miles and keep us posted.
