The switch to turn the generator on and off is behind the drivers seat.  Please clarify the “transfer switch”.  Are you referring to the generator on /off switch?

Maintenance guys checked our cord.  Registered fine.

Are you referring to the battery on/off switch?  That’s all there is.

Moved to a new campground and have no power.  Maintenance workers checked to post - okay.  Checked my electric cord - okay.  Reset breakers - nothing.  No power to breaker things. Generator - everything works. Seems like the problem is somewhere starting with my outside outlet.  Any ideas and/or suggestions.

Of course it has to happen when I’m by myself.  When my husband gets here - “what did you do?).   Me - “nothing”.

I don’t mind dry camping, but hate paying for electricity and not using it.

Janey. (Just happy to be camping)

We started with a ‘95 QD.  loved that one the most. 19 feet and the tiniest 5 cylinder engine that was a real workhorse. Great in the snow.  Then an ‘05 QD that was attacked and totaled by a little red car hit and run.  The next one was an ‘05 QD which was really nice.  Kept that til we got our ‘14 PC.    Sure do like it a lot!

We had 3 Rialta’s and loved them.  Would have bought a new one if they still made them.   Would love to see a similar floor plan - with slide and decent bathroom shower.

We live in Michigan too. Just wait til you transfer those plates!   You’ll have to sell your youngest child !    That’s just this year, next it’s your dog, then your wife/husband, etc.  it’s nuts!

We bought it and they refused to fix our rear view mirror when it fell off.   Kermit contacted them and discussed it and they paid - however, not the painting !    We decided to get the rest of the money back. We just didn’t know the correct vocabulary to get them to pay.  We just put some money in a special account to cover our needs.

General Discussion / Re: Built in GPS
« on: February 02, 2018, 02:07:22 pm »
We have unlimited data on our iPhones and find them easier to use than the gps in our dash. The biggest problem is the glare and angle of view.  We just put my iPad on the hotspot and google or ask Siri for directions. It updates free and even warns us of traffic problems ahead. So much easier. The Moho gps has also taken us on narrow country roads to nowhere. It’s even directed us to a two track through a forest - we bypassed that and ended up on a highway.  Didn’t make any sense

We have the invisibrake.  It’s quite wonderful except for the inconsistently dead battery.

Thanks for your valuable input (even though I have no idea what you’re talking about).  I’ll pass this onto my handy husband to handle.

Thanks for the reply. We have the switch in the car to undo the battery.  Dang!  I just bought a new battery last week.  We do start the car whenever we stop for a break. Sometimes that isn’t enough.

Our Honda CR-V sometimes has a dead battery after towing. We have the battery shut off switch that is supposed to prevent that. It’s not all the time. I can’t figure out what we’re doing wrong - sometimes.

Drove part of it with my ‘95 rialta.   However, with the amount of money invested in our PC, I wouldn’t do it.  I also drove my Rialta up the pipeline road to the artic circle.   Awesome!

The light on the valve for the black tank continues to blink even after you can hear the valve close. Suggestions needed.
