The two front captains seats were removed last year and I had them professionally recovered.They are both a 10! After I had them reupholstered I ordered 2 new seats from "shop4seats) The new seats took 8 months to be delivered  so now, having no further need for the original seats, I thought maybe a PC owner here in Florida might need a few newly covered perfect condition seats. I originally had them recovered because the original ones were shedding like dandruff.Drivers seat power works great passenger just goes forward and back.Like I said the seats are available at no cost here in central florida....no I won't ship. Ok I have a 2012 PC 2910. This happened to me and after resetting the generator, it happened again.The transfer switch was the problem.I felt around in the rug on the wall behind the drivers seat and found the phillips head LONG screw , removed the screw and found the transfer switch.While shunting between shore power and generator I saw a FLASH from the breaker in the transfer box.....called PC and was told " Oh, we never heard of this...the transfer switch never goes bad"....solution, take a pic of the wire set up inside the box..disconnect the shore power, order a new box from Amazon abt $145.00  install, problem solved. good luck

My 2910 inverter is under the refrigerator   I just replaced the auto transfer switch which is located behind the drivers seat at floor level .Feel around the rug that goes uo the wall( about 7 or 8 inches high for a phillips head long screw, back out the screw and pull the rug back. You will see the auto transfer switch. I replaced mine because the heavy duty breaker would mot allow  switching from shore power to Generator ....not a big deal to replace...cost about $150.00 or if you have good sam it will be replaced at an rv repair center. Mine was actually sparking \wnen I observed it with the cover off  good luck

change the circuit board  I had the same problem  changed fuel filter/pump and stator    stopped working after a few mins  changed circuit board and my Onan now runs like a deer  good luck

Ok, We have a 2012 2910 and we finally had it!Called Pheonix about the problem......went nowhere. Finally, we removed and put the sofa and two chairs out for the garbageman!  We found a company Shop4seats.com and ordered a couch and 2 recliners...costly?  yes but, they look like they were made for a Rolls Royce.......Update...We ordered new front seats 6  yes 6 months ago thats the waiting period because of the virus  we should get them July 2nd. If you are looking for comfort and handmade QUALITY look no further... also, they make a couch/recliner(power) that FITS  in the couch area

Happened to me too!  Check the coach batteries...if they are low or fading, HWH levelers will not go down  good luck

I had that mold on my 2012 and, I called Pheonix who referred me to diamond shield. Result, diamond shield removed the film and replaced it  NO CHARGE

Happened to me!!!!   Please check the wire connections at both ends of your power cord!!!!  These do come loose and if such happens  must be rescued.  Don't be like me and get embarrassed at the repair facility.

OK   here is the definitive answer to your "Flaking" question. We have a 2012 2910 and our front seats/sofa and euro chairs looked like they had a bad case of dandruff.I called PC and was told that I could "BUY" the front seats replacement covers for $$$. Soooo, I went to a local upholster and was told that the crummy covers on my furniture  came from CHINA! I mean, we had to sweep the floor every time we used the PC. What to do? Long story short, we bit the bullet and had everything  reupholstered........cost $ 1500.00.00  all all not a bad job, in retrospect We should have thrown out the couch and installed dual recliners....maybe we will sooner than later. PC will not stand behind their product so don't be lured into thinking so.   BTW, the Samsung tv just went out and after much thought we purchased a JENSEN 28 in tv. What a great buy...temperature and vibration tested /wonderful picture! Cost $250.00 on Amazon. Hope this brief missive helped you.   Rich

have you checked your gasoline level?.....too low and Mr Generator has problems ...happened to me....filled up the tank and no problems!

I am in the process of having my 2 front captains seats recovered and will be replacing the crummy sofa and euro chair..the faux leather is coming off everything...if you are still interested in the "euro" chair be advised it will need recovering...we hardly used it and it was not abused...faulty fabric from PC!!!!!!!
