This rv certainly looks like it is in good shape. I found out it also has 4 solar panels, 2 house batteries and hydraulic levelers.
BUT, for some reason I have had a bad feeling about this. When I spoke to Darin, the owner of Trades OK, he said this unit was about a 9 out of 10 for the exterior and a 7 out of 10 for the interior. I had started asking Darin some questions about the unit and he wasn’t at the unit so he said to email them to him and he would get me the answers. I got an email from him that he was delivering a unit that Saturday and he would get to it later. He never did.
I got someone to inspect the unit. Darin said he could make Saturday work and everything would be hooked up and unlocked. The inspector called Darin a couple of days before the inspection to make sure everything was a go. According to the inspector Darin didn’t know he was coming Saturday. WTH! The unit was plugged into electric but was winterized. So I don’t know much about the plumbing.
For the inside of the unit the refrigerator was at 54 degrees after being plugged in all night. The A/C would not put out cold air. The lp system had a leak down issue. Now to the problems it has.
This thing had/has leaks. I will be posting some pictures later. The wall between the passenger door and the coach door is in extremely bad shape. The wall on the street side of the slide out is in very bad shape. The wall under the slide out is going to require a picture.
So what do you think?
