We must have the same dog.  I have a 2015 Phoenix 2350 which my dog also went thru.  You have three types of repairs. 1) a stick on patch which will not work if the rip is near the frame; 2) buy a new screen door thru Liftco, 574-266-5551, cost back in 2017 was $250.00 plus freight; or purchase a new screen cut specifically for the door through Stoett Industries in Hicksville Ohio, cost approximately $60.00.
Option two takes approximately one hour and is very easy.  Option three also takes about one hour but can be frustrating if the screen unwinds while you install it. The you have to start over again.  Note that you may also need two sided tape which you can get through Stoett.

I am not sure 2017 is the only year with mistakes.  When I purchased my 2015 2350, there were 15 items that either failed or were installed wrong.  While PC corrected all issues, a quality product does not offer a product wth this many mistakes.  I equate the RV industry to the auto industry in the late 1970's when quality was poor and it took the Japan quality auto industry to wake up the US market.

We normally carry two 15 ft sections of 3" sewer pipe.  Normally one section is enough but on a rare occasion two sections are needed.  It appears that most people use the pump system to discharge.  Sine we RV during the seasons where freezing is common, we have never used the pump in two years of ownership of a PC.

I owned a 2010 Pleasure TS Excel for 5 years.  It was an excellent RV and had a queen size bed.  My wife and I gradually grew tired of putting up the table and forming the couch to eat and then undoing everything to form the bed.  We wanted a permanent bed.  We got a new 2015 2350 PC.  I am 6' tall and 230 pounds and I can comfortably fit on the bed even when our 70 pound dog gets on.  I would also state that if I was taller the bed would be to small.  The only other issue is that whoever sleeps on the inside of the bed will have to climb over the outside sleeper.

I am not sure if this is the right place to place an item for sale, but here goes.  I have a never used custom cover for a PC 2350 for sale.  While I it was for a 2015  Ford E350, I would imagine it would fit any recent model year.  Please post if interested.

Try the web site Cal Mark RV covers.  I have used them twice for my Pleasureway and my new 2015 PC 2350.  They are pricey.  The 2350 cover was $750. They are custom made for the specific RV.

Being a boater there are many stain remover products for gel coats.  Just visit West Marine or Defender websites.  For my sailboat gel coat or any other coating I would recommend FSR (fiber glass stain remover). I have used this product for years.  It's active ingredient is oxalic acid with is used in many of these stain removal products.

We have the standard suspension for the E350.  As for the bed, I am 6 feet tall and it can hold two adults and one dog.  Although at times the dog is kicked out for more room.

I have a 2015 PC 2350 on a E350 chassis without jacks.  Never had a problem.  I only stay at Federal or State parks and have found them to be reasonably level.  In the 18 months and 20,000 miles traveled I have visited well over 50 parks.

I have been RVing for approximately 10 years.  I purchased a new Pleasure in 2010 and owned it for almost 5 years and 55000 miles.  I never had any problems in that time including warranty issues.  When I wanted more room than a class B, I looked at many class C and B+ RVs and selected the PC based on my visit to the factory and its reputation.  I purchased a new 2015 2350 and took ownership in Nov. 2014.  While I am happy with many items such as the wood floor, wood work, and generally interior quality, I have experienced many warranty issues that have somewhat tempered my opinion of its overall quality.  Within the first 3 months the following issues occurred (most on my first trip): two flat tires because of leaking valve extenders; gasoline fumes entering the coach when filling up and setting off the propane alarm;  failure of an electrical component preventing the water pump turning on; many screw heads were over torqued resulting in the battery ground cable falling off, the propane ground cable falling off, and the battery door latch falling off; water leakage into the outside storage bin; interior door latches not working; and a few other items.  Just recently the battery disconnect switch failed.  While PC fixed all the warranty problems and even sent me a new disconnect switch and solenoid free of charge even though I was outside of the warranty, I have become somewhat disenchanted with PC.  I would like to ask new owners if they have experience these type of problems or am I being to hard on PC.

I have been using the Alstays app on my iPad for years.  Using this with a good gps such as the Garmin 660 and you can trip plan anywhere.

Hello.  I have been RVing on and off since 2003.  First with a truck camper, then a Pleasure Way, and now with a 2350 PC which I purchased new in November in 2014.  We have made one large trip  with the PC lasting two months down south (left the Buffalo NY area Feb. 10, 2015 with a temperature of 8F) and two short trips.  We are planning a trip this fall to Oregon and back.  Love the room of the PC vs. the class B, but hate the MPG of 10 MPG vs. 17 for the Pleasure Way.
