We have  a 2011 2350 w/out slide.  Although we are currently in the process of selling ours, it is not because we are unhappy.  If anyone wants to see ours, it is at Marty's USRV in Berkley, MA.  Our circumstances have changed and we are in the process of moving soon.  Having less to worry now about just works better for us.
We are/ were very pleased with our choice of the 2350 with no slide.  Not having a slide was less mechanical parts to worry about about.  We never found the bed to be a problem.  The bathroom is big enough.  The whole RV was big enough for us and was extremely easy to drive.  We also took Ron's advice and went with the insulated windows.  We did feel it made a difference.  We never had a problem with the antenna.  We like the dinette set up.

We did not find our corner bed to be a problem.  I guess it would depend on the size of the people.  Compared to a bed we would have to make up every night, we preferred the permanent corner bed.  We were able to find a comforter that had a bottom that was fitted- like a regular fitted bottom sheet.  That helped with making the bed and keeping it neat.

We have 2 command hooks on the inside of the bathroom door and spread one bath towel over both hooks.  On the outside of the door we hang an "over the door" towel bar.  That takes care of the 2nd bath towel.

Sue,
This is interesting.  Based on the heat strip being able to providing 1500 watts of power, this would seem to be a good way to exercise the generator for the required 2 hour period.  I usually set up an electric space heater, but this would be much easier.

Is running just the heat strip for 2 hrs, enough of a load (50%) to exercise the generator?  I usually run a space heater, but using the heat strip sounds easier.

I was under the impression that the heat strip would only work if the temperature was above 40 or 50 degrees.

We have a 2350.  We are nervous about mounting anything permanently to the walls.  We found a toilet paper holder that is meant to mount over the toilet tank.  Instead, we place it over the cabinet door.  We have it placed so the toilet paper is inside the door.  Open the cabinet door in front of you and there it is.  It is out of the way and easy to access.

Thanks for your thoughts.  Being on the end of Cape Cod, we were concerned with the coming storm.  We lost power for about 4 hrs in the late afternoon into the evening.  We had very high wind gusts.  We were very lucky.  Heard a report this morning about boats being battered in the Provincetown harbor.
Last week, while driving back from being winterized, a rock kicked up and cracked our windshield on the motorhome.  While it was being replaced, the tech hit and broke the side rear light and scratched the side around it a bit.  The glass place is paying for the repair.  The good part of this is that the motorhome rode out the storm in a dry, clean paint bay avoided any impact from the storm.   
Sounds like NYC is not in very good shape this morning.  Our thoughts are with those that were not so lucky as we are here.

Under the mattress, we used a thin indoor outdoor carpet from Home Depot.  We have a 2350 which has a split platform under the mattress.  We cut 2 pieces and used 2 sided tape.  This has helped with preventing splinters attacking the mattress and  also movement.

I agree, it is a very tight spot to work in!  Unfortunately, I am not handy enough to remake the brackets out of metal.  One would think that since the slides themselves are metal that metal end brackets (sockets) would be made- but they don't seem to exist.
Has anyone replaced with the back attached metal ball baring type glides?  It seems like it should be possible, except they seem to be wider.  The side dimension of the slide/ glide looks like it would take up more room between the side of the drawer and the cabinet.  Would a notch need to be cut out of the side of the cabinet?
Any other suggestions?  Thanks!

General Discussion / drawer glides in PC 2350

The kitchen drawer glides are metal ball bearing and work well.  On the other side of the RV, under the closet there are 2 drawers with metal drawer glides that slip into rear plastic brackets.  I do not use these drawers often and only keep light items in them.  One bracket totally broke and Carol sent replacement brackets.  When I went to replace the broken bracket, I noticed the 3 other brackets were also cracked and ready to break off.  Since Carol sent me 4, I was able to replace all 4.

These glides only have two attachment points.  One is on the front where the draw slides in and the other is into the back bracket which is plastic.  The glide floats in the air between the 2 points.  I realize it is only a matter of time until they snap again.  I would think others have had this problem. 

Has anyone found a better solution to this type of glide?  Since there is nothing riding along the side of the drawer (no wall or stable area), the other type of metal ball bearing glide wouldn"t seem to work.   Does anyone have suggestions or alternatives for the drawer glides?

Cape Cod is a large area.  Without traffic it will take a little over an hour to drive from one end to the other.  We think the Fall is the nicest time to visit.  The crowds with the summer traffic has left.  Each town along the cape is a little different.  We live at the end of the Cape and have not personally camped at any of the campgrounds.  Although, we have had friends stay in East Falmouth- Cape Cod Campresort and liked it.  Also in Brewster- Sweetwater Farms seems nice.  In Eastham, Altantic Oaks gets good reviews- but to us, driving by, it looks like a parking lot type campground.  It does have access to the beach and also the biking trails.

We have stayed in a few places in Maine.  In Scarborough, just below Portland is Wild Duck campground.  It is on a marsh.  Very low keyed and very pretty area.  We just returned from Boothbay.  We stayed at Shore Hills campground.  Nice wooded sites.  Easy access to Boothbay Harbor.  Two nights while we were there we ordered and had delivered lobsters, steamed in ocean water, delivered right to our site!  They were wonderful, arrived hot and very inexpensive!  They also offer a shuttle that takes you into the Harbor area.

The northeast is a great area to visit in the Fall!  Be prepared- it will get cool at night.

A few more questions on the bypass tube and the sani-con unit-

Have you actually used this option of the gray bypass and were you happy?  I do not want to use a regular sewer hose and the non electric hookup.  I do have a regular sewer hose in case of emergencies, but hope to never use it.  I like using the sani-con electronic valve system and would like to try the gray bypass option on longer stays.  I'd really like to hear from folks that use this often on trips.
 
It sounds like the gray water level needs to be high enough to get the water to pass through the bypass tube.  Do you know what the monitor will read at that point?

Also, if the level is high and the bypass tube slowly lets the gray water drain, will taking a shower cause it to overflow into the RV?  In other words, faster coming in and slower going out- will it cause  a problem?

Thanks for your response.  When the gray valve is electronically opened, will the blinking light on the valve switch keep blinking and will it harm the light or switch itself?

My understanding was that if the gray valve is left open (and the hose in the ground) the gray tank, once it hits a cetain level in the tank, will drain slowly on it's own (without the sani-con pump).

Maybe this isn't correct?

I have not yet used the gray by-pass on the sani-con system.  I would like to give it a try on our next trip.  Our gray tank is very small on the PC2350- 23 gallons.  We usually dump the gray tank every other day.

Does this sound like the right way to set it up?  First the sani-con hose goes into the septic hookup and then the electric gray valve is opened and left in that position until you no longer want to leave the gray bypass set up.  Once the valve is opened, the blinking light on the switch tells you the valve is open.  Is it okay to have the valve switch blinking for days on end?  Will it burn out or otherwise harm the switch unit?  Since I have been unsure of this, we haven't used the gray by-pass.

What are your thoughts on the pros and cons of using the gray by-pass?
