I like the “trailer” dump method myself, SWOOCH, it’s gone.  I have a square tube in front of the pull out drawer that accepts a Rino hose and fittings. Off Amazon

Ron, I haven’t heard much about issues in the last year.  I think it’s been worked out. If there were two new rigs, one with the v10 and one with the new v8 it would be a no brainer for me. The v10 as reliable as its history is now a dead horse. In a few years no one will want the v10 buying in the used market.  That alone, not counting the additional power, power range itself and  easier to get at plugs and service.  For me it matters little, unless some unforeseen circumstance destroyed our rig I doubt I’ll live long enough to need another one.

My V10 is great!

I find the knobs hard to tighten up enough to stay and then very hard to release. Has to do with my arthritic hands   I going to give this a try.

General Discussion / Snap on covers for the Ramco mirrors

I have a 2016, 3100, and my grandson took a chip out of my mirror housing. Just the white plastic. Has anyone found a snap on cover as I don’t want to replace the entire mirror. I called Ramco and they said they don’t have it, but he believes someone makes them. My Google search turned up nothing. Thanks in advance anybody that can help

That sounds like a pretty good idea with the tube, I’ve never tried it before. I do have some 3M 77 adhesive so I think I’ll try that this weekend. Thanks for the tip.

I’m thinking of picking up a small travel trailer for my son in another state. It is 19 feet long and weighs about 3100 pounds. Anybody have thoughts or input on that?
